Food Services

Woodlawn Health offers comprehensive clinical nutrition services, including assessments, monitoring, and education. Our Clinical Dietitian is skilled in analyzing a patient’s nutritional status and developing an individualized nutrition care plan to best meet the patient’s needs.

As an inpatient, the Food Service department will consult with your physician to provide a menu which meets your individual dietary recommendations and/or restrictions. Inform your nurse of any special food requirements, food allergies or food intolerances you may have.

As an outpatient, nutritional instruction with a Clinical Dietitian is available for diabetes management, heart disease, hypertension, cholesterol lowering, gastrointestinal conditions, weight management, healthy nutrition, and other conditions. A physician’s prescription and appointment are required.

The cafeteria is located on the first floor West wing of the hospital next to the back Employee entrance. The cafeteria line offers a choice of sit-down or carryout service. The salad bar and beverage stations are self-serve. Complimentary coffee is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Breakfast and lunch are served daily Monday through Friday, and lunch only on Saturday and Sunday. (Changes in cafeteria serving hours during a holiday will be posted on our menu below.)

Breakfast Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Lunch Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The cafeteria will be open each day from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm so visitors have access to free coffee, water, microwaves and the sitting area for breaks. Vending machines are located next to the Cardiopulmonary/Rehab departments, the Surgery entrance, and on the second floor across from the elevators and Chapel.
