Position Description:

  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Update patient cardex as necessary.
  • Complete production sheets for next day.
  • Assist with patient tray line.
  • Take temperatures of hot food items prior to serving and document appropriately.
  • Deliver and pickup patient trays.


  • Good customer service skills and pleasant phone technique.
  • Ability to read and understand recipes, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
