We are excited to expand our Family Practice team with the addition of a new provider this summer and are seeking a dedicated LPN – Medical Assistant to support this growing service line! This role is ideal for a Licensed Practical Nurse who enjoys working closely with a provider, building patient relationships, and contributing to a collaborative, team-based clinic environment.

LPN – Medical Assistant (New Provider)
Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) strongly preferred
- Medical Assistant certifications (CMA, RMA, CCMA) considered
- Previous clinic or primary care experience preferred
Primary Duties:
- Support a newly added provider with patient care and daily clinic flow.
- Prepares patients for the physician and documents accordingly.
- Carry out provider orders (e.g. injections, testing, clean and bandage wounds, etc.).
- Assist provider with treatments and procedures as directed.
- Screen & respond to incoming phone calls.
- Communicate with the patient, after consultation with the provider or nurse, on questions they may have.
- Inform parents on how to care for and what to expect from well and sick children according to physician established protocols and clarification with the nurse.
- Clean and prepare room as needed after each patient.
Shift: Days; Full-time; Monday-Friday
