Maintenance
Position Description: Perform routine maintenance on heating, ventilating and air conditioning. Clean, strip, re-coat and buff floors. Perform electrical safety testing on equipment. Assist in snow and ice removal. Assist with general maintenance of building and grounds.
Qualifications: Qualified candidate must have a GED or High School Diploma preferred. Good communication. Ability to read, analyze and interpret government regulations and documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Full-Time – Days
Regular Part-Time, working primarily weekends.
