EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

A bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or a related field is preferred or a minimum two years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources, or any similar combination of education and experience preferred.  Applicant must be a knowledgeable and experienced user of Linked IN, Indeed and Facebook. Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.  Must have the ability to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, or government law.  Ability to organize and prioritize.  Must demonstrate excellent communication skills. Must maintain confidentiality.

 PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Lead all recruiting efforts for the organization.
  • Meet with department directors regarding departmental staffing needs.
  • Proactively seek qualified candidates to fill all open positions throughout the organization.
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Manage the Woodlawn Health web page – maintain and track all current job postings.
  • Visit all area college graduating classes in all relevant fields of study.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.

 SECONDARY DUTIES:

  • Assist in onboarding process – background checks, I9’s, etc.
  • Filing of various paper documents into personnel files.
  • Assist with various human resource related duties.
  • Performs any and all duties as assigned.
