Biography

Maureen Neeley received her associate nursing degree from the Lutheran College of Health Professionals in December 1990. For ten years, she worked in various positions, including critical care, emergency department, and pre and post-operative nursing.

She also returned to school and received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and her master’s degree at Valparaiso University. In 1999, she received her Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate. She came to work for Woodlawn in August 2000.

“I have been blessed with great coworkers over the years, which is one of the things I love about Woodlawn. Also, I love my patients,” she said.

When asked what she likes best about working in Family Practice, she answered, “I love seeing a variety of patients. I’m now on the third generation of families and I love that!”

She enjoys spending time with her family, including her dogs and cat, when she is not treating patients. Maureen also enjoys gardening.
